Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events (i.e. illness, inclement weather, family emergencies, etc) happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
We will allow one short-notice cancellation without penalty as long as you call us about the situation before your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, 48 hours advance notice is required and appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice you will be charged 100% of the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously choose to forgot their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” We will charge you a NO SHOW fee which is the full price of the massage as per our T&Cs (If we have your card on file we will charge the amount to it. If we don't have your card on file then we will send you invoice for payment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session originally scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start your session on time.
