Lindy has a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Cert IV in Bowen Therapy and is also qualified in pregnancy massages. Lindy has been in the industry for a few years now and has worked in spa and wellness centres along side other health professionals. Lindy is trained in Remedial Massage, Bowen Therapy, Sports Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue, Reiki and Swedish (Relaxation) Massage as well as Triggerpoint Therapies.

Lindy's favourite thing about massage, is the ability to help people regain balance and harmony while reducing pain from emotional blockages to trauma and musculoskeletal issues. My passion has always been helping people move better, feel better, and live with less pain. I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Evolve College and bring over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

Before becoming a remedial massage therapist, I spent more than 20 years as a competitive bodybuilder and also worked as a qualified Personal Trainer. This extensive background has given me a deep understanding of how the body moves, performs, and recovers.

At Personal Care Remedial Massage, I combine remedial massage techniques with practical exercise advice to help clients manage pain, improve mobility, recover from injury, and maintain an active lifestyle.
