My passion has always been helping people move better, feel better, and live with less pain. I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Evolve College and bring over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

Before becoming a remedial massage therapist, I spent more than 20 years as a competitive bodybuilder and also worked as a qualified Personal Trainer. This extensive background has given me a deep understanding of how the body moves, performs, and recovers.
